No Quibble Returns

We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may return it for whatever reason within 7 days, no quibble!

All we ask is that if any returns arrive in original condition, including the packaging & that you obtain proof of delivery from your carrier. The No Quibble Guarantee is in addition to the full one year manufacturers guarantee.

Please e-mail us at support@poles-2go.co.uk before returning any item, alternatively call our customer service team on 0800 840 8401. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unfortunately we cannot refund items without the original packaging or products that have been trimmed or adjusted in any way. Where the original order value was less than £75 we are unable to refund the delivery charge. For orders which are part returned and the refund takes the order value below £75, we will deduct the delivery charge from the refund due.
