How can I order?

When can I order?

You can order from the website at any time. Our order telephone lines are open Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

Is it cheaper to order over the Internet?

No, the price and service are the same. You simply need to choose the method that suits you best.

What payment methods can I use to place my order?

We exept all major credit and debit cards including American Express.

Is it safe to give my payment details on the web?

Yes. We encrypt your payment card details using industry standard SSL technology to ensure they are completely safe.

If I don't want to pay online what do I do?

Simply telephone our call centre on 0800 840 2801 and one of our advisors will be happy to process your order by telephone using your payment card.

How will my poles be delivered?

Your goods will be delivered by our dedicated carrier service. All deliveries are fully insured and a signature will be required on delivery. If we try to deliver your new poles while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the poles yourself.

Where can you deliver?

We will deliver to any address within mainland UK.

What is your guarantee?

All Poles 2go™ curtain poles come with a minimum of a full years manufacturers warranty. In addition we keep an extensive inventory of spares and components should these need replacing at a future date.

What do I do if I have a problem with my new poles?

All Poles 2go™ curtain poles are rigorously quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your blind is faulty please e-mail us at support@poles-2go.co.uk or call our customer service team on 0800 840 2801. We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent without delay. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may return it for whatever reason within 7 days, no quibble! All we ask is that it any returns arrive in original condition, including the packaging & that you obtain proof of delivery from your carrier. The No Quibble Guarantee is in addition to the full one year manufacturers guarantee.

Terms & Conditions

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which the Poles 2go™ makes the products available to you ("Product Terms").

1. Prices

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

2. Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Please note that we can only deliver products within mainland UK. All deliveries will be made to you by our courier. We do our best to secure delivery within the period quoted but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery or arising out of any cause beyond our control.

5. Returns

7. Payment

You can pay on-line with all major credit and debit cards. Your payment card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will be charged for items at the point of order. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items. We accept internet orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.

8. General

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
